A huge thank you to Alena and Blandine for this first aerial silks course. I was a complete beginner, and thanks to Alena's excellent teaching, in just four days I was able to perform moves I never thought I'd be capable of. Aside from the incredible setting (a stunning villa in Portugal, north of Lisbon), I loved the atmosphere and the good humour amongst all the girls. I had a wonderful time.

First time trying aerials, and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher! Aléna's contagious enthusiasm and dedication were definitely the best motivation to keep going and explore this sport more and more. On top of that, her great energy and one of a kind sense of humour made every class so soooo much fun that I barely even noticed I'd been working out my entire body for hours! Couldn't recommend her enough! ❤️

Amazing retreat! Great location in Portugal next to the beach! Alena - the teacher - is THE BEST, she helped me improve on my aerial skills SO much! She's very attentive and full of positive energy that made a great recipe for success on silks! She gives great advices to each and everyone according to their level and their goal and manage to keep it fun also! The food was awesome and all the conditions were reunited for creating great vibes between all participants! Would recommand 100%

I've been practicing aerial silks for over a year now, taking virtual classes monthly with Aléna. I found a spot to rig my silks, so I can alternate between independent practice and her online sessions. During my own personal training, I film every session and send the footage to Aléna, who provides constructive, detailed feedback each time. Her guidance is exceptional in many ways: beyond her artistic perspective on the discipline, she offers tailored instruction suited to each individual. Regardless of skill level, background, or physical condition, Aléna is encouraging and reassuring; she shares her deep knowledge of the practice to pass on her passion and determination. Not only do I feel completely safe while learning, but I've also made radical progress in just a few months under her guidance. She is the dream coach!

I started aerial silks with Alena from absolute zero — no experience whatsoever and no confidence that I could even climb the silks. Today, after many classes with her, I climb all the way to the top and do figures up high, including more complex ones from other levels. What I love most about Alena is how she keeps you motivated and makes every class fun. She's a wonderful person who celebrates every small improvement, helps you see the glass half full, and makes you notice your own progress. She also adapts the exercises and gives you tips and variations based on the strength you have (or don't have yet), so everything feels more achievable and you keep advancing with confidence.

I love Alena's aerial silks classes! She creates a really fun and welcoming environment, and I think her classes are especially great for beginners because she puts a lot of focus on the foundations and basics of aerial. Even for more advanced aerialists the classes are always a nice way to revisit moves and have a good time. She creates simple, fun sequences that are easy to follow, and I especially love that she often adds spinning into them. It gives the sequences a more playful, dance-like feeling and makes the class really enjoyable. Overall, I think her classes are a lovely way to build confidence, work on your foundations, and have fun with aerial ❤️
